Taking Aspirin with alcohol increases the associated risk of stomach bleeding.

Rosycap-Asp 10mg/150mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.
CAUTION
Rosycap-Asp 10mg/150mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Rosycap-Asp 10mg/150mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
CAUTION
Rosycap-Asp 10mg/150mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rosycap-Asp 10mg/150mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Rosycap-Asp 10mg/150mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
CAUTION
Rosycap-Asp 10mg/150mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Rosycap-Asp 10mg/150mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Rosycap-Asp 10mg/150mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

How to use Rosycap-Asp Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rosycap-Asp 10mg/150mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
How Rosycap-Asp 10mg/150mg Tablet works
Rosycap-Asp 10mg/150mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Rosuvastatin and Aspirin which prevent heart attack and stroke. Rosuvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme required in the body to make cholesterol. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL). Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with anti-platelet action. It prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.
Common Nausea, Diarrhoea, Gastric bleeding, Stomach pain, Constipation, Headache, Dizziness, Increased glucose level in blood, Muscle pain, Bleeding under the skin, Bruising, Nose bleed, Black/dark colored stools, Indigestion, Increased liver enzymes.
